Domain 1: Planning and Preparation
1a: Applying of Content of Knowledge and Pedagogy
Using the content learned within my educational courses, whether it is dance content based, social justice based, and educational theory, within my teaching practices along with using my professional development experiences in order to develop a well-rounded teaching approach.

1d: Using Resources Effectively
Using these internet resources allow me to prepare my visuals for lessons and communicate with my students and their families to know what each students need.

1e: Planning Coherent Instruction
When developing my lesson plans, I aim to make sure that all of my students within the space have a chance to share their understandings of the content taught even if it is not physical. One way in which students can engage with the lesson other than moving are the worksheets provided if a student is feeling unwell, injured, or is needing a moment of calm.
"The learning activities were relevant to the content and offered various ways for students to explore and engage with it." -DeAngelo Blanchard (OBSERVATION – PL / SUPERVISOR #1)
1f: Designing and Analyzing Assessments
In order to keep track of student and class growth, I used different forms of assessment to check on my student's understandings. The HIP-HOP Peer Feedback Slip was filled out by students based on the class rubric created by the students from the beginning of lesson. Each star represented an aspect of the rubric as each class came up with "5 things needed for our Hip-Hop Performance".
